Job Title: Intensive In-Home Counselor QMHP-C Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Intensive In-home Services on a Full-time basis in the greater Richmond area.

EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success) is a boutique-style agency that has been serving the mental health needs of the Tri-Cities area since 2005. We pride ourselves on providing quality services to our clients and a positive work environment for our team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to client goals
  • Work with family systems to ensure client's basic needs are met
  • Complete individualized services plans and quarterly reports
  • Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents
  • Meet regularly for supervision and attend team meetings

Requirements
