Job Title: Intensive In-Home Counselor QMHP-C

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Intensive In-home Services on a Full-time basis in the greater Richmond area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate QMHP-C to join our team. As an Intensive In-Home Counselor, you will work with clients in their homes, providing 1-1 mental health counseling, case management, and family therapy. You will also be responsible for completing individualized service plans, quarterly reports, and progress notes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health counseling to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Conduct case management to ensure clients' basic needs are met
  • Provide family therapy and counseling to children and adolescents
  • Complete quarterly reports and progress notes
  • Meet regularly for supervision and team meetings

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C. We offer a competitive hourly wage, health insurance, accrued PTO, flexible schedules, CEUs, paid supervision time, and bonus incentives.
