At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Intensive In-Home Clinician Counselor to join our team. As a QMHP-C Mental Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing intensive in-home services to clients in the greater Richmond area.

About the Role

As an Intensive In-Home Clinician Counselor, you will be responsible for providing mental health counseling services to clients in their homes. This will involve working with clients to identify and address their mental health needs, developing individualized service plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health counseling services to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered QMHP-C with the Department of Health Professions. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
