Nursing and Health Sciences Program Coordinator
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Coordinator, you will provide essential support to students, faculty, and the Director of Nursing. Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating with program coordinators to draft course schedules, subject to the Director of Nursing's approval.
- Monitoring enrollment and making recommendations for course adjustments in partnership with the Centralized Scheduling Office.
- Ensuring compliance with College policies by tracking faculty loads and course assignments.
- Maintaining awareness of curriculum changes and monitoring degree and certificate requirements.
- Managing student clinical requirements and compliance for those in Nursing and Health Sciences.
- Assisting faculty and program coordinators with the creation and submission of program-specific applications.
- Providing timely responses to student inquiries regarding courses, programs, and admissions.
- Maintaining accurate program records and supporting the re-accreditation process.
- Participating in program-specific events and marketing initiatives.
- Supervising classified staff and student workers as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or a combination of an Associate's degree and relevant work experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in related fields or with similar responsibilities is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the College professionally is required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, is required.
- Experience in higher education or customer service is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Some local travel may be required.
- This position requires a background check and drug screening.
