About the Role

As a key member of the Tiger Minimix Inc. team, the Franchise Manager will be responsible for leading the franchise's growth and ensuring its proper operation. This involves managing activities within the franchise, following established policies and procedures, and providing leadership to handle complex customer situations and escalation concerns. The successful candidate will also facilitate communication between the plant, field, and franchisees with the dispatch center, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the franchise team to achieve business objectives and ensure the successful execution of approved strategies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop overall objectives and long-range goals for the franchise.
  • Provide direction and oversight to franchisees to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Directly responsible for the selection of new franchisees and the renewal of existing ones.
  • Review and update all legal documents required for franchise operation.
  • Recommend changes and updates to the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Agreement, Manual, and other relevant documents.
  • Facilitate the buying and enrollment of new trucks in the franchise.
  • Provide performance feedback to franchisees to resolve conflicts and address attendance issues.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
