We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Representative to join our team at Strategies for Change Group. As a Community Engagement Representative, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing and empowering voters in specific U.S. based states and territories.

The ideal candidate is professional, diligent, and able to work autonomously. Previous experience in political and/or electoral engagement is a plus. You will be responsible for engaging with community members, providing them with accurate and relevant information about upcoming elections, candidates, and important ballot measures, and encouraging them to participate in the electoral process.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to directly impact the local community, promote civic participation, and contribute to the democratic process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and has strong knowledge of field strategy, targeting, and metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with community members to provide information about upcoming elections and encourage participation
  • Developing and implementing effective outreach strategies to target key demographics
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work every day as assigned
  • Physical ability to walk and/or stand for 5-8 hours a day
