Job Summary

This position will supervise and implement social events, outings, programs, and activities designed to meet the interests and needs of a diverse resident population in senior care facilities.

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that promote a sense of community among residents. This includes planning and executing events, managing program logistics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute social events, outings, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents
  • Supervise and manage program logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure effective promotion and execution of events
