Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate smooth daily operations, ensuring a well-organized and fully equipped office environment.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance and logistics with efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating resources (team members, equipment, materials) and preparing deliverables for projects.
  • Boost team productivity through effective office management, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Promote positive interactions and communication with clients and vendors within the office.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting dynamic teams.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability in keyboarding, note-taking, and transcription.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to manage a high volume of confidential information are essential.
  • Advanced writing skills that reflect a high command of the English language, along with proficiency in integrated software applications and internet/intranet communications and research.
