Job Description

The Administrative Director of Radiology Services will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Temple Health's Diagnostic Imaging department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supervising staff, and collaborating with medical leaders to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
* Coordinate with medical leadership to ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and quality metrics.
* Supervise staff and provide guidance on administrative matters, including staffing, inventory management, and purchasing.

Requirements and Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging or a related field, including supervisory experience.
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
