Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Radiologic Technologist to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with productivity standards, adhering to policies and procedures, and collaborating closely with the Area Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform X-rays and process results to ensure clinically diagnostic and technically competent outcomes.
  • Operate portable X-ray equipment at patients' bedsides as ordered by physicians, maintaining high standards of radiologic services.
  • Obtain EKGs and transmit them for interpretation, while managing paperwork related to exams, patient billing, and demographics entry.
  • Maintain vehicles and X-ray equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Schedule technologists to meet service levels and customer satisfaction, conducting quarterly image reviews to guarantee high-quality exams.
  • Cross-train technical staff across applicable modalities and manage equipment maintenance.
  • Provide on-call assistance and support to the team and the Area Operations Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in radiologic technology, including management or supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in using radiologic and diagnostic imaging equipment and software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
