Job Title: Lead Clinical Services Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Lead Clinical Services Manager. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing patient care services, making informed decisions regarding patient and personnel assignments, and ensuring seamless coordination of care and referrals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for promoting the development of care and practice standards, collaborating with colleagues to achieve these goals.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee patient care services, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Make informed decisions regarding patient and personnel assignments, considering factors such as skill levels, workload, and availability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care.
  • Participate in QAPI committee activities, contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:
  • Prior management or supervisory experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on fostering open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of hospice philosophy, death and dying issues, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, or healthcare administration.
