Lead Clinical Operations
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the clinical operations of our mental health program. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement new programs and services
* Supervise clinical staff and provide coaching and feedback
* Manage budgets and resources
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
* Master's degree in a related field
* 5+ years of experience in program administration or leadership

Competencies
* Strong clinical skills and ability to design programming
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
