Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the inpatient services at our pediatric medical center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide safe and effective care to patients
  • Maintain clinical skills and knowledge to remain current with best practices and regulations
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative leaders to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Oversee daily nursing practice to ensure compliance with standards and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • 5 years' experience as a nurse
  • 3 years' experience in a leadership position
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of pediatric experience
  • 1 year experience in clinical research
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
