Job Summary

The Student Account Representative will oversee billing, collections, and account management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel students and parents on tuition payment options
  • Follow up on timely payments and review credit and debit reports
  • Clear pending accounts and contact students by phone when necessary
  • Make necessary adjustments to student accounts and prepare notifications for the Financial Aid office
  • Calculate refunds owed to students and submit vouchers for timely payment
  • Work closely with the Office of Financial Aid and be familiar with financial aid regulations
  • Mail out past due notices to students and answer phone and email messages
  • Support Help Desk inquiries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in accounting, mathematics, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms, including Banner, Canvas, Blackboard, and Adobe Connect
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • A high degree of interpersonal competency, including professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as collaboration and matrix management skills

Maximum Salary: USD $41,984.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary: USD $33,587.00/Yr.
