We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Central Intake Specialist. This role will play a critical part in guiding families seeking ABA therapy services through our intake process.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries and manage leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct intake calls to understand families' needs and provide clear guidance on our services
- Handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification and document classification
- Ensure proper reimbursement for ABA services by securing insurance authorization
- Maintain accurate records and update our ERM system as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related intake role
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
