About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Central Intake Specialist. This role will play a critical part in guiding families seeking ABA therapy services through our intake process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and manage leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct intake calls to understand families' needs and provide clear guidance on our services
  • Handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification and document classification
  • Ensure proper reimbursement for ABA services by securing insurance authorization
  • Maintain accurate records and update our ERM system as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related intake role
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
