**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director of Social Service M-I to oversee the day-to-day operations of our central intake facility for single adult homeless individuals. The successful candidate will ensure that residents receive mandated services in a safe, clean, and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a professional staff responsible for the intake and assessment process.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards, OTDA regulations, and local laws and codes.
- Coordinate operational needs, including bed management and facility management.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage and oversee nightly bed checks.
- Implement a series of strategic goals and operational plans to achieve unit goals.
- Evaluate program performance and rate and evaluate job performance of subordinates.
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in social services, including one year at the administrative or managerial level.
- Graduate education or a license may substitute for up to a maximum of three years of experience.
