{"Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Orion Talent. As a key member of our Customer Support Business Group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. Key Responsibilities * Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems * Perform analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to minimize downtime and system interruptions * Collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction * Serve as a subject matter expert, representing the company to valued customers * Troubleshoot and create customer response action plans to support customer needs Requirements * 5+ years of experience performing installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical capital equipment * Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field (plus is a plus) * Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals * Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing personal protective safety equipment * Strong electromechanical foundation to perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Great interpersonal skills and customer service presence What We Offer * Competitive compensation package * Generous 401(k) package with matching contribution * Employee Stock Purchase Program * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan * Flexible spending options * Group life insurance * Accidental death and dismemberment insurance * Short and long-term disability insurance * 12 days PTO per year * 12 paid holidays * Educational assistance * Fitness reimbursement * Commuter benefits Travel Requirements * Expect 6 weeks of travel (domestic and international) * Home for 1 week, then back on the road Why Join Our Team?
