Job Title: Field Service Engineer II

About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading our cutting-edge equipment at customer sites around the globe. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their production systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain our equipment at customer sites
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
  • Upgrade equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Document job activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree or equivalent technical certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
Physical Requirements:

This role requires:

  • Ability to support rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Travel for training and customer site visits, including international travel
  • Ability to walk extensively, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces
