Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer II to provide technical support and maintenance services for our customers' semiconductor equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and providing training to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain semiconductor equipment at customer sites
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
  • Upgrade equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equipment support industry
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to support rotational shifts (nights and weekends, including holidays)
  • Travel for training and alternate customer sites (may include international travel)
