Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload orders from the truck, ensuring accurate and secure delivery.
  • Accept payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Track orders and communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
  • Interact with vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and professional driving record, adhering to all state and local driving regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the WKS Restaurant Group by identifying opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Must have a food handlers' permit and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record screening.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to lift and move heavy objects, and have acute vision.
