Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays, stockrooms, and customer areas.
  • Merchandise Management: Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional use of ladders or other equipment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role or with a similar company.
  • Knowledge of Retail Systems: Familiarity with retail systems, including point-of-sale software and inventory management systems.
