This role is a DAY SHIFT opportunity focused on providing essential administrative support within a dynamic team environment. The Administrative Support Coordinator will be tasked with delivering clerical and secretarial assistance to management, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors.
- Oversee customer visitation protocols including safety equipment and meal arrangements.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and faxes.
- Coordinate physical examinations for the driving team.
- Procure and monitor supplies for the office, nurse station, and cafeteria.
- Process invoices and documentation for accounts payable systems.
- Assist in health, safety, and environmental documentation and scheduling.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Follow quality management guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook is advantageous.
- Experience with JDE is preferred or willingness to learn.
- Ability to bend, twist, and work in an indoor environment.
- Completion of HSE orientation and hazard identification training.
- Participation in quality management system training.
