POSITION SUMMARY

This role is a DAY SHIFT opportunity focused on providing essential administrative support within a dynamic team environment. The Administrative Support Coordinator will be tasked with delivering clerical and secretarial assistance to management, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors.
  • Oversee customer visitation protocols including safety equipment and meal arrangements.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and faxes.
  • Coordinate physical examinations for the driving team.
  • Procure and monitor supplies for the office, nurse station, and cafeteria.
  • Process invoices and documentation for accounts payable systems.
  • Assist in health, safety, and environmental documentation and scheduling.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Follow quality management guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook is advantageous.
  • Experience with JDE is preferred or willingness to learn.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Requirements:
  • Ability to bend, twist, and work in an indoor environment.
  • Completion of HSE orientation and hazard identification training.
  • Participation in quality management system training.
