Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Services team, including calendar management, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Working knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a laboratory or scientific setting.
- Knowledge of document control and records management principles.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and/or classified matters.
