We are currently seeking a Generative AI Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage the development of transformative solutions utilizing generative AI methodologies. This role requires a deep understanding of computer science principles and a strong background in software development within the generative AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of generative AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints, timelines, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and enhance generative AI applications, particularly in image processing and prompt engineering.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they align with established quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate project personnel activities, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Develop and refine generative AI models to analyze user data and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement and optimize generative AI models related to image processing, utilizing platforms such as Amazon SageMaker.
  • Build interconnected systems that integrate generative AI tools into production environments.
  • Enhance vector database implementations to support generative AI tools with advanced semantic search capabilities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the generative AI sector.
  • Prepare and submit project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Adapt project plans to accommodate changing requirements or technological advancements.
  • Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Design and implement testing and deployment strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive project status reports, analyzing data to communicate progress effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science or a related STEM field, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Candidates should possess demonstrable expertise in:
  • Programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
  • NoSQL databases including DynamoDB.
  • Experience with OpenAI models, including GPT and image generation.
  • Deployment and tuning of models using tools like Amazon SageMaker.
  • Prompt engineering techniques.
  • Semantic search principles and vector databases like Pinecone.
No travel is required; this position offers a work-from-home benefit.

Additional Information:
This role does not include direct reports but involves process planning and task assignment to developers and analysts.
