Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-fidelity user interfaces and user experience designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research and development, leadership, marketing, and community.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and initiatives, prioritizing work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer with at least 3 years on consumer-facing software applications.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing experiences that have made a clear and significant impact on consumer and business metrics.
  • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate design concepts and processes to team members and stakeholders.
  • Track record of working independently in large, ambiguous areas and balancing craft, speed, and user value.
