Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Obgyn & Infertility Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional patient care and customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with patients, doctors, and other staff members, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Tech Savviness: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and systems, ensuring efficient use of our healthcare software and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
