We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our service operations.

  • Job Summary:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work with our team of experienced HVAC technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service visits with customers and field technicians
  • Manage inventory and parts ordering to ensure timely delivery to our technicians
  • Provide administrative support to our service team, including data entry, report generation, and filing
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
