Job Description
The Medical Care Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting physicians and staff with patient care coordination
  • Liaising between patients, staff, and physicians
  • Providing direct patient care within the scope of licensure
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensuring efficient patient flow
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • An Associates degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • A valid New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification
  • 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting (2-4 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
