Job SummaryWe are seeking an Outside Marketing Manager to promote our services in area neighborhoods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team, working alongside them to achieve sales goals. You will also schedule free in-home estimates, be a self-starter while working in a team environment, and possess strong verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and motivate your team to achieve sales goals.
- Work alongside your team, participating in events and big box store engagements.
- Schedule free in-home estimates for customers.
- Be a self-starter while working in a team environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
- Able to be coached and take constructive feedback to improve performance.
- An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A love for the outdoors, as this is primarily an outdoor position.
- PASS a background check and a drug screen.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
