**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ministry Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to prospect and qualify new leads, identifying potential customers who align with our product offerings. You will also manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will be required to present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions, and maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets. You should also possess strong analytical skills and be able to solve practical problems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including robust healthcare options, flexible paid time off, and paid parental leave.
