About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Growth Partner. This individual will be responsible for driving business expansion efforts within one of our high-growth retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Pitch Blend360's services and capabilities to achieve closed deals, including writing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Negotiate optimal pricing to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates on leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide the right Blend360 talent, skills, and offerings to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in client management or business development in data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services.
  • Proven track record of developing new high-quality relationships across client organizations.
  • Ability to partner with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Passion for driving client results through data, analytics, and technology.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a customer-driven, results-driven, collaborative, and flexible approach.
  • Creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary.
