Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at NEXDINE Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary results that exceed customer expectations within a Senior Living Community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage menu writing and cost control utilizing recipes and costing measures
  • Ensure the quality of all food products and maintain standards
  • Oversee all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation
  • Manage catering operations and maintain vendor partner relationships
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in food service management, specifically corporate dining
  • ServSafe Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification
