The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales function by providing administrative assistance and ensuring effective communication with clients. This position is essential for maintaining a smooth operational flow within the sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and support the sales office environment while executing related administrative duties.
2. Assist in the daily management of routine sales activities, including filing, mailing, and scheduling.
3. Organize and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
4. Act as a liaison for closing processes with external lenders.
5. Address routine inquiries from clients regarding their purchases.
6. Facilitate initial presentations to prospective buyers visiting the community.
7. Schedule appointments for clients with relevant departments as needed.
8. Ensure proper communication of customer requests to appropriate teams.
9. Welcome clients in sales models as required.
Management Responsibilities:
This role involves mentoring and providing feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Relevant licenses or certifications as mandated by state regulations.
- Valid Driver's License is required due to the nature of the role.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of related experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including email and word processing.
