Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative leader to join our Enterprise Direct Sales team as a Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading and growing an Enterprise Level Sales team, with a strong understanding of the recruitment advertising space and complex enterprise buying patterns.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales account executives, driving revenue growth, and helping your team exceed sales goals. You will also participate in the hiring and interview process for new reps, work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure proper Enterprise training, and develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of sales account executives in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and help sales teams exceed targets
  • Participate in the hiring and interview process for new sales representatives
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure proper Enterprise training
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and departments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing an Enterprise Level Sales team
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment advertising space and complex enterprise buying patterns
  • Proficient use of Salesforce, Google, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work and manage remotely with a 25% travel requirement
