Position Summary: We are seeking a Regional Security Operations Manager to join our dedicated Asset Protection & Physical Security Team. This role will report to the Director of Asset Protection and will be instrumental in the development and execution of security programs across our transportation and facility network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize exception-based reporting and analyze risk trends to effectively allocate Asset Protection resources.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of operational sites to formulate and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and prioritize multiple large-scale projects, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of security initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee that project milestones are achieved.
  • Drive operational integrity and loss prevention strategies through risk-based performance indicators, while establishing clear expectations and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Oversee the resolution of audit findings and collaborate with local and regional leadership to address gaps.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethics among employees by integrating these values into all programs and practices.
  • Recommend enhancements for personnel, processes, and system controls.
  • Build strong relationships with Corporate Security, Claims, Facility Management, Fleet, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with field investigators to ensure timely and evidence-based conclusions on risk indicators.
  • Develop and mentor Asset Protection partners to promote a positive culture and support team objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference appointments as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience is required; professional certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of five years in Asset Protection, Corporate Security, Supply Chain Security, or Cash Services management, with at least two years overseeing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven experience in building high-performing teams with a proactive culture.
  • Familiarity with supply chain risk management, site security, and inventory oversight is advantageous.
  • Experience in conducting internal investigations and integrity interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices related to physical security systems and loss mitigation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset capable of addressing complex issues with a data-informed approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge assumptions tactfully.
  • Proficient in presenting and influencing stakeholders across various disciplines.
  • Competence in researching and effectively communicating data using internal systems and applications such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and the O365 Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
