Overview:
The benchmark of American security is seeking a dedicated Armed Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting armed patrols, managing access control, monitoring surveillance systems, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
- Identify and report any irregularities or potential safety hazards.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations, addressing violations appropriately.
- Monitor entrances and exits, granting access to authorized personnel only.
- Document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities through detailed reports.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current armed security officer license issued by the relevant state authority.
- Successful completion of a mental health assessment.
- Prior experience in security or supervisory roles is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using communication devices and security systems.
