Job Summary:
Admiral Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Monitor and control access to the facility, including guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Respond to and report incidents, including fires, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a valid Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft office products.
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience in a security-related field.
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and some lifting. The Security Officer may be required to work in varying temperatures and may be exposed to hazardous materials.
