Client Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Conference Center Management:
- Schedule and reserve conference rooms and visitor offices based on requirements
- Manage scheduling and resolve conflicting priorities
- Conduct daily inspections of conference rooms to ensure readiness and cleanliness
- Collaborate with teams to ensure rooms are well-equipped
- Keep precise records of all bookings
- Welcome and assist guests and staff in a courteous manner
- Regulate security access within the conference area
- Guide visitors and support with administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls and take messages
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
- Input visitor information into the database
- Provide information and assistance to guests
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in hospitality or event coordination is preferred
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to perform under pressure
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
