Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational, maintenance, and networking support, with a focus on Canon-supported products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
  • Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/onsite maintenance to meet and exceed customer demands.
  • Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Comply with customer policies and protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and other measures.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, performing shift work and on-call rotations.
  • Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter customer premises.
