Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated Sales Associate to join our Wholesale Department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee existing wholesale accounts.

  • Identify and address customers' business needs to provide tailored support.

  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
  • Commit to driving sales and engaging with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales associate.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
