Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated Sales Associate to join our Wholesale Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance sales and profitability by fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and academies. The ideal candidate will align their efforts with the company's standards and best practices while efficiently managing wholesale accounts.
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and skill set.
Schedule: Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee existing wholesale accounts.
- Establish new business connections through social media, CRM systems, and phone outreach.
- Develop and implement a strategic action plan to expand international wholesale market share.
- Educate clients on the services offered, emphasizing product value and features.
- Identify and address customers' business needs to provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to management.
- Effectively manage time to convert new accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Commit to driving sales and engaging with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales associate.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
