Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Park Lawn Memorial Group, LLC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team's performance through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicate sales results and progress to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years management experience; funeral home and/or cemetery experience desired.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales production, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret company policies, procedures, contracts, insurance documents, and pricing structures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
