Blue Hill Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Catering Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities in the catering and events market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and deliver customized menus for clients
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, events, and client interactions
  • Conduct site visits and entertain potential clients to showcase our facilities and services
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our catering and events services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in catering sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales performance and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of banquet revenue generation and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
