Blue Hill Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Catering Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities in the catering and events market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and deliver customized menus for clients
- Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, events, and client interactions
- Conduct site visits and entertain potential clients to showcase our facilities and services
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our catering and events services
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience in catering sales or a related field
- Proven track record of sales performance and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of banquet revenue generation and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
