Role Summary:
The Client Success Manager (internally referred to as Client Relations Representative) plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing existing client partnerships through effective engagement, retention strategies, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ongoing client relationships by leveraging technology to ensure clients achieve a return on their investments.
  • Identify and cultivate additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maximize client and employee utilization of Paycom solutions.

Client Engagement:
Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Representative and Transition Specialist to ensure a seamless transition of client ownership, maintaining high service standards throughout the process. Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and account expansion.

Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales quotas through effective client retention and expansion strategies. Continuously analyze and validate client needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Client Presentations:
Deliver presentations that clearly articulate the value of Paycom's products and services. Maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to support business solutions.

Regular Reviews:
Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations for improvement.

Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require significant travel, including overnight stays, to meet with clients.
