Client Success Representative

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to fill a full-time Relationship Manager position for an information services company in Downtown Denver. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support, and driving engagement to mitigate client churn.
Responsibilities:- Primary contact for onboarding new customers and providing support post-go-live
- Collaborate with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to set up software platforms per customer requests
- Provide feedback based on customer inquiries for product and service improvements
- 3+ years of SAAS experience
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, driving engagement, and mitigating client churn
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour, with actual pay rates determined based on skills, knowledge, and abilities, including work experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, health savings account (HSA), fixed indemnity plans, and voluntary benefits.
Other:- Temp to Hire arrangement
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Denver, CO 80202
