Customer Success Manager

Your Role: Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Fully remote

e-Builder, a Trimble company, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about helping organizations achieve success with software, read on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute success plans to drive client adoption and retention.
  • Represent client interests within the organization and provide valuable insights to inform product development.
  • Analyze and present key metrics to clients to support product adoption and growth.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact client relationships.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive client expansion opportunities and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in mission-critical software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and solve complex problems.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional organizations and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of e-Builder or similar PMIS applications is a plus.
