About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory, assisting in advancing revenue and market position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory
  • Assist in advancing revenue and market position
  • Keep tabs on new products in assigned subject area and of current and future company products
  • Manage activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers
  • Develop skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department
  • Partner with customer contacts across the hospital or clinic, and discover new opportunities for product expansion
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
  • BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system

What We Offer
  • Total Target Earnings composed of base salary + target incentive, with a potential range of $194,750 to $305,000 annually, plus company fleet/car
