**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, investment analysis, and performance analysis across Manufacturing Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Capital Spend Consolidation: Work with business unit accounting and finance teams to consolidate and report capital spend.
  2. Capital Project Audit: Streamline and enhance capital project post-completion audit and return on investment analysis.
  3. Cost Savings Analysis: Lead and report ongoing efforts in linking and measuring cost savings associated with strategic capital spend projects.
  4. Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in creating and consolidating monthly forecasts and annual budgets for Capital Spend.
  5. Data Management: Consolidate data from multiple sources in multiple formats for consistency and accurate reporting.
  6. Financial Analysis: Support regular decision-making through strong financial analysis, modeling, and interpretation.
  7. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prepare valuable ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
  8. Business Process Improvement: Enhance business processes and influence best practices within FP&A areas to improve information flow and decision-making.
  9. Special Projects: Participate in special projects throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 3+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong technical acumen in MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced Excel) with ability to automate and streamline financial information.
  • Strong modeling techniques and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions.
  • Exhibits strong time management skills; able to work through roadblocks to meet commitments timely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads under pressure in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience manipulating complex and large data sources and ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
