Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Development Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our Program Director, foster a culture of learning and development, and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Center Operations: Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and financials to inform business decisions, build relationships with families, oversee center-level initiatives, and maintain daily operations.
  • Sales: Manage lead generation, finalize sales and bookings, source local events, and dedicate time to daily sales outreach efforts to drive membership growth.
  • Leadership: Foster a coaching culture, assess coach performance, partner with the Program Director on onboarding and training, and manage staff development through LearnUpon.
  • Coaching: Deliver an evolving curriculum, understand the KidStrong approach, demonstrate programming elements, and record data using the KS Coaches App.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children and a coaching background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically intensive environment and lift equipment up to 75 pounds.
  • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT or management is preferred but not required.
  • Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms and systems such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, and HubSpot.
  • CPR certification.
