About the Role

As our Direct Support Professional, your main responsibility will be to support an individual transitioning to live independently in a community of his choosing. You'll assist him in developing life skills, navigating daily routines, and building confidence while providing a safe and supportive environment.

This caregiving position dispatches to the client from home and has a full-time OR part-time schedule within the following hours:

  • Monday: 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Tuesday: 11 AM - 4 PM
  • Wednesday: 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Thursday: 11 AM - 4 PM
  • Friday: 11 AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals who experience Autism
  • Training in de-escalation tactics
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
