Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to join our team at Mark Anthony Brewing, a leading beverage company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automation solutions that drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with business process experts to identify areas for improvement and develop automated solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Provide level 2 support for all automation applications and systems.
  • Work closely with IT and corporate teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SCADA design, development, and programming.
  • Experience with Factory Talk SE, Inductive Automation, and Allen Bradley RS Logix.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
